Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting returns or exchange on Stuffed toys, until further notice.
In Store Return/Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges and returns within 30-days of purchase with receipt. All exchanges and returns will need to be in their original packaging, tags attached, books may not be creased and in resalable condition. Sale, Seasonal and Holiday items are not returnable. Proof of Purchase required. With Gift Receipt returns are for store credit only for returnable items. Cash Purchases – Full cash refunds are allowed, if they take place on the same day as the purchase. Otherwise maximum cash refund is $40.00. Without a receipt or proof of purchase, at our sole discretion we may offer 50% of retail as store credit. Defective Items: If we see physical sign of wear and tear, or determine damage caused by misuse, we will not accept return or exchange. If a clearance item is defective, we will refund or exchange with-in 7 days of purchase only. Additional non-returnable items:Gift cards
Online Return Policy:
We accept returns. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. However, we are aware sometimes there are special circumstances and will work with customers to make things right. Shipping cost may not be refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
· Products with obvious signs of use.
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
